In January 2008, on the occasion of the Bologna Art Fair, I displayed Marzia Migliora’s drawings in my home. The drawings, populated by strange creatures in a grotesque and ironic atmosphere, depict the vices, obsessions and little secrets of the imaginary inhabitants of a building without walls, surprised in their domestic intimacy.
Marzia Migliora was born in Alessandria in 1972, and lives and works in Turin.
Although she is a young artist, she is already well-established in the national and international art scene.

She has taken part in significant national and international exhibitions since the end of the Nineties, including: 2009 Emerging Talents. The artist is one of the winners of the international Twister award: Rete Musei Lombardia, with a project for the Museo del ‘900 in Milan.
